Great service! Miguel waited on me and was double checking everything. He was very pleasant to everyone I saw him wait on.

Pickup at the front desk took 10 minutes? My order was ready right in front of me and this cashier lady kept chatting with some guy from the kitchen to clock him out from his duties. In the middle of the day who does cash out and receipt calculation? And why should I wait until they are done with their chat, just for them to take out my order from warner? Absolutely no sense of customer service!
