App is glitchy, employees are stoned or something. Service is horrible! They cancel orders without notifying customers if they "have" to close early. I placed my order 45 min before they closed. Once a year I decide to give them a try, childhood nostalgia, and just end up disappointed, and hungry.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the customer service is terrible. Save your money and support a local business instead—this location clearly lacks proper management. 0/10 – do not recommend.
I order 2 weeks ago delivery for the first time. It took over 2 hours for my order. I thought it was just a bad day so i tried again. My food was delivered luke warm and i asked for extra topping. Like cheese and bacon. It was bearly any topping or extra cheese. I spent 40 dollars and it was less tjan 20 dollar service. I askrd for pan and it was dry crust. I forgot to order blue cheese but 6 wings for 11 dollars and no blue cheese os craze. Not ordering unless i picked up abd make sure my order is right

Piss test every employee in store this place sucks the food never ready and always an issue, the employees have bad attitudes & incompetent. I’ve been to this store more 20 occasions same results every time even after they re-hire
