Pickup in 15 turned into an hour wait. Unacceptable service
I always want to give a fair shot to businesses so I gave this Pizza Hut three especially since I grew up, loving the signature Pizza Hut taste. However, this location cannot seem to get it right. Consistently, I am served undercooked non-crispy, flimsy doughy pizza. I don’t know if they’re always in a rush or if there’s a problem with the ovens, but after reading other reviews and seeing that the quality matches my experience, this cannot be a consumer issue.
