Ordered and prepaid online. Entered an empty drive through 2 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. 10 minutes later someone comes to the window to ask my name. After 15 more minutes another person comes to the window to ask if I'm there for a pickup. I give my name again, and a minute later I had my pizza, but 28 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup. Wasn't even hot anymore. Terrible service.
the crust was gummy, Update 2 years later, decided to try again as reviews seem to be better. Pizza was so much improved, caliber of workers seemed vetted. I will definitely return as I had been a frequent patron in past.
Spent 15 minutes in drive through after ordering 15 minutes prior to arriving.
