Nice staff
I am a DoorDasher and Pizza Hut has truly gone above and beyond to take care of the DoorDash drivers, they have implemented a free personal pizza system after a certain amount of delivery from Pizza Hut, and I truly think it is such an amazing step above other businesses, considering I no longer reap the benefits of free food from working in a restaurant. Great customer service and I love their pizza!
As of 3/28/26 I ordered my pizza on the app, and did carry out, get all the way home, and my pizza is wrong. My receipt was correct on the box, I ordered a medium pan pizza with crispy pepperoni, and half black olives. instead, I got a hand tossed pizza, with regular pepperonis, and no black olives. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and got the wrong thing from this place, the last time I went they told me they were out of what I wanted, but not until I came back inside and asked why I got the wrong stuff!! Considering Pizza Hut was my fav place to eat for awhile this is extremely disappointing. But, more than that just outright sad and embarrassing. Made an order for 3 pie to feed the fam just for the app to glitch on the payment method. Not a big deal just a simple phone call could fix it. Or so I thought I called pizza hut and for abt 45 min straight the call center tried to connect me to the store location and the only people who would even answer is the same call center.
