Moved to zachary a few months ago and have tried to use Pizza Hut several times and every single time they either mess up your order, forget half of your order, or mess up the payment. Not to mention the blatant disrespect. They do not care to serve you. No respect for themselves and no respect for the customers. Don't waste your time or money.
Pizza Hut in Zachary has screwed up every order that my family has made. Once they actually tried to fix the order, and still couldn't handle that - short the wings and breadsticks (25% discount- makes sense now)! Never again!
I've had the same bad experience more than once and so have people I know. Lost tickets and then staff giving my order away to another customer and then forgetting all about me, then getting mad when I want to know why it's taken an hour and a half to get my medium pizza. Half the staff you can't even understand because they mumble or are more concerned with talking to their co-workers about things other than work.
