called for a partial refund because my order was wrong, manager offered a new pizza instead but we had a lot of pizza in the order so i didn’t want more food, asked for a refund again and he said “okay you’ll get a partial refund. thanks for the trouble” if you don’t like the duties of your job dude just get a new one, don’t take it out on the customer because your staff made mistakes.

I ordered three different pizzas and they somehow managed to not get any of the three of them correct. They also forgot my dipping sauces. Staff was rude and Pizza Hut provides no recourse other than an automated chat.

Undelivered Order and Unresolved Refund On Monday, January 26 at approximately 5:00 PM, I placed a delivery order with Pizza Hut for two large pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) totaling $32.45. I was initially asked whether I would pay by cash or card. I stated I had a $100 bill, and I was told there would be no change available. Sorry but for them to know that on Halloween they would be potentially busy they need to have more workers! I called at 5:39pm to get a pick up before I take my child trick or treating and guess what no trick or treating because pizza hut had us waiting a freaking 1 and a half never in my life and I ever dealt with such long wait time. So thanks to you guys I couldn't take my children trick or treating next time try to have some staff so that we can be in and out because yall have ruined my whole night !!!
