We paid 22 dollars for a pizza and were told it would be 15 minutes. It took 45 because they ran out of ingredients. They did nothing to apologize or anything while we were waiting with a hungry toddler.Â
You know they have off days buy otherwise the good is usually really goodÂ
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst restaurant experience of my life, I have ordered from the Alpine Pizza Hut regularly for the past 8 years since moving here but never ever again. Staff was not only rude they were nasty and aggressive. Driver’s car broke down and pizza was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered on the app, nor did they call. I had to call to find out where the pizza was, was told it wasn’t coming and that I’d have to come to the store in person to pick up cash for a refund the next day ... read more
