I placed an order and came to pick it up. The experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The employees never properly greeted me. Instead, they continued what they were doing before even acknowledging that I was standing there. I ordered a Hut Box, and the first issue was the chicken. Always have a good experience with Pizza Hut!
Just received my order and not only did I not get the Pepsi I ordered, I also didn't get any icing on my Cinnabon. Now usually you would get a call from them about these things being missing before they deliver it, but I guess these guys don't care or are too busy today.
