On may 30 I ordered and they left off food. I called and they even stated they saw the food but wasn't sure who it was foe and it was mine. The manager name was Melissa or something like that. She then proceeds to say she will give me a $15 credit on my next order. Well today June 19 not even 30 days later yet I went in to pick up and asked them to apply the credit. Orderd 3 pizzas at 6:42 said they would be here by 7:12 at 7:44 I called to see where they were was told if you ordered on line not their problem. Asked to speak to a manager wanting to know where they were she said the driver was new and deal with it then was told she didn't have to "tolerate" me and hung up. Very disappointing and will NEVER order pizza from there again. Too bad to right down the road and really excited about starting to get pizza from them and now this. NO THANKS
Ordered 2 pizzas on 6/13 both wrong. Called and Clarissa offered replacements. Reordered on 6/18 and received a call that one pizza ordered was unavailable so I made a substitution and suddenly the price went up. General manager Valerie was very rude talked over me on phone and really needs lessons in customer service. Perhaps from Clarissa! Anyway went to pick up pizza only to find it WRONG again with no apologies. Took the extra toppings raw with me just to be done with it. I will NOT be back and highly recommend you visit... read more
