Great place to get good quality pizza
Was picking up a DoorDash that's been ready for 20 minutes, but slim dude in the back topping the pizzas asked who I was picking up for and after I told him the name he said it would still being made. Guy cutting the pizzas 5 minutes later asked who I was picking up for and I told him the name, he turns around and picks out The pizza that was sitting already completed. Sorry, food is good but timeliness is horrible. Ordering online ahead of time and being given an estimated ready time has never been correct. Ordered online today a simple My Hut box and ready time on the app said 15 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and was told it would be about 15 minutes, the order had not been started. Last time I get Pizza Hut from this location.
Haven't had the Hut in a few years. Thought I would give it a try. Mistake. A good frozen pizza for 5 bucks tast better.
Came in to order the $2 pizzas today after a bad time at the Williamson Rd location and asked to speak to the GM in order to get the DMs number to complain when the lady that came out I recognized quickly as the former manager at Williamson Rd (part of why they have a 3.3 rating and this location has less than 3 I see) asked for the number for the DM since I know they are the same franchisee.
