Nicole was great helping us after our online order did not go through. She was very helpful and pleasant.
Terrible service. I placed my order online and arrived at the time the system said it would be ready. When I got there, not only was my food not ready, but the staff told me they were still making it even though I came after the “ready” time shown on the order board. This has happened more than once. The customer service is poor, and they don’t seem organized at all. If you’re looking for fast and reliable service, this is not the place.
I went in there just yesterday, and the service was WONDERFUL. the nice lady Nicole at the counter took my order. she was soo nice, smiled at me asked me how my day was.so fast and easy and my pizza was so fresh and delicious! you will see more of me Pizza Hut !
Nicole was awesome and very pleasant on the phone and in person.
The manager makes sure that we are taken care of! Is kind and patient always going the extra mile
