This was my most recent experience, however there have been worse. I opened the app. It said that orders would be ready in 15 minutes (this was at 7:01pm on a Friday). I placed my order. Then it said it would be ready in 35 minutes (at 7:36pm). Which is frankly what I expected it to say. I walked in the store around 7:30pm. There were a few customers inside waiting for orders. Fast delivery and driver was very nice.
The young lady working may have been by herself I'm not sure. I didn't see anyone else which may explain her mood. She spoke 4 words which were ...Name? And here ya go. Food was disappointing this time. The pizza was not cooked thoroughly. It was still doughy in the middle and the pasta was cold.
BUYER BEWARE - This location does not sell gluten-free pizza, yet this is an option that we ordered via the app and we were charged for. Countless phone calls and in-person visits have resulted in a "credit". I don't plan on ever going here again, so we just wasted money because the manager mysteriously is the only one that can help us get a refund, but it always unavailable.
