We ordered online for two people and it said it was a 15 minute wait and when we went to the pickup window the lady was rude and told us she hadn’t started our order yet and told us to go wait and then 30 minutes of waiting she comes out with our food. We had sides of fries and wings and they were very greasy and soggy and the pizza was very burnt.
Take out order. Everything was fine.
Don’t think I’ve ever been as disappointed with Pizza Hut. Visit time 4:30pm, very few tables.Salad bar was filthy, spilled toppings, dressing, many toppings containers were empty. One in our party had planned on unlimited salad but changed when she saw the limited options. Two in party ordered pasta that should come with 5 breadsticks each, waitress didn’t put in order for breadsticks so when we inquired about them, we were charged for them, Pizza Hut did adjust. Pasta was simply warm.
