The pizza was cold. They had door dash deliver it which it said would arrive 10-12 mins earlier than it actually did. I wasn't impressed at all by this service.

Ordered from here tonight. Found a long black hair in my pizza, we are a family of blondes by the way! Clearly there is no standard for the way that the staff is dressed, I’ve seen the other reviews. I called and they said there’s no possible way for them to refund us but they can give me $20 credit.. my order total was $30. After I questioned why they were not going to at least give me the amount that I spent, they did it. Last time I ordered, it was late; they gave the wrong order. But they used a doordash driver even though I ordered on their site, so he couldn't help. Wrong pizza, wrong order, no drink, etc. I called, they claimed to be closed, so they put a credit on my account. Just tried to order again now - girl on the phone took my whole order, CC card, everything, then said they are having issues and just hung up on me. ???
