Made an online order for the chicken bacon oarmesan melt and got home and not toppings, lookrd at receipt and shows minus the toppings. I did not order that way because all I hit was the add, didnt do any customaztions. My email receipt and order confirmation screen don't show any modifications. Simply requested a refund for the lil $7 because I wasn't going back out. Left pizza at door no knock, it was cold. Peace of plastic wrapper in my pizza. I was really hungry too. I tipped 20% ahead of delivery wish I could get a refund for everything. Never go here again.

After what I experienced with my local Pizza Hut, I'm not sure if I can continue to be a Pizza hut customer. This obviously won't impact anyone at Pizza Hut or their bottom line, but I will at least feel that I'm not giving my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. Order a 2pizza deal for delivery. Got one pizza with no cheese. Called and was placed on hold serval times. Young lady on the phone couldn’t seem to find my order in her system or be able to take down my phone number after serval tries. Finally, she put the manager on the phone and he was snarky to my Wife, who had taken the phone for me, and only gave us the option of a credit or a new pizza.
