My family and I live in Centerton, and had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for over a year now. Things were chaotic before, changing not only employees but management alot, and the food had been burnt alot, and just not good. This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Ordered on the app. Received confirmation and pick up time. Arrived at pick up time, name on the screen as being ready then was told they couldn't find my order and I'd have to wait 15 more minutes. I've been waiting over 30 minutes still and my food isn't ready!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in fast food, waited 2 hours for my 2 pizzas since they had to remake it multiple times and when I spoke to the manger on duty he said his name was Josh, was one of the rudest unhelpful person I have ever met in my 25 years of living horrible service and he should he fired!

Terrible customer service... read more
