This place used to be pretty good. In recent years, it's gone downhill. My order is incorrect or incomplete around 30% of the time. Yesterday I ordered for delivery and was immediately notified that Door Dash would be delivering my order. I personally delivered pizzas for over 25 years, so this was extremely weird to me and I did not like it. I ordered my service from Pizza Hut, nobody else. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Only Pizza Hut I’ll go to!
I hope the Centerton Pizza Hut delivers everything you order. Forgot the drink and insisted I take a discount on the next order. Had to get the GM involved to simply get immediate credit back to my card. Pizza was not made as ordered and cold by delivery. Do better Pizza Hut. Bring back the 80s deliciousness!!!! I love the Hut just not the Centerton location.
I get if you are busy and stressed a bit however won’t be back! Rude staff member encounter-picking up pizza! Do not go here!
