Calling to order the pizza was a headache. It's like the call went to call Center and they got my order wrong and never connected me to the store

This location is really bad with checking to make sure the delivery orders have all the items. Then they don't answer the phone when you call the location. They keep sending you to the call center. If you purchase from here just do carryout.

Destiny who claims she is a manager has the nastiest attitude and demeanor I’ve come across in a while. Came in to pick up my order, and she shoved 1 of the boxes in my hand. I asked her if she’s cool and she responded with an attitude are you. I in turn asked where is the manager and she said with a tude I am. I said well who is above you. I placed an order on August 1st. My entire order was incorrect & I’ve been calling for 6 days in a row only to be told that they aren’t accepting calls each time I call. I called again today only to be told the same things. I left customer feedback via the app and received nothing but a generic automated email reply that said they’d share my feedback with the restaurant. This is the most ridiculous issue I’ve faced with a restaurant.
