I ordered pizza and waited about an hour past delivery time until it finally arrived. When it did it was stone cold. I attempted to call pizza hut and no one picked up the phone even when I was waiting for over twenty minutes on said phone. I feel like I would have gotten better and faster service from a one legged turtle.
Called Pizza Hut on Sunrise and Swan in tucson 3 times today. Before I could tell the employee my order he hung up on me. This must be a new Pizza Hut's way to treat customers.
This hardworking guy makes great pizza, we love it, been going off n on to the same spot for a year it's good stuff.
Service was great, food was surprisingly quality! Jeff was super nice and friendly aswell!
This has been my go to pizza hut for a decade but the last 2 times I ordered delivery my pizza has looked like this. The toppings don't even come close to the edge-2 inches short. I paid for double pepperoni and extra cheese and this is not it. Frustrating when you are looking forward to dinner. Also the website kept deleting my order and making me start over so I had to call it in. They are always nice at the store and the delivery people are great.
