My order is always wrong when I send for pick up

Went in for a a medium pizza, kid behind the counter couldn't figure out how to place the order to get it made, got a manager to help, then I'm told 15min and it will be ready... 15 minutes goes by it shows on screen my pizza is ready.. ask them where's my pizza manager goes "oh I dropped it, We're making another one"... I told her why didn't you come and say something instead of just assuming I was going to wait another 15 minutes while you make it again... Bad customer service!!! Probably won't go there again..
The managers and workers are helping DoorDash run scams out of this building I got video proof.
