I placed an order at 6:04 that said it would be delivered by 6:37. I called the store at 6:45 when the tracker still didn’t show the order being prepared. I selected the option for “concerned about order” and the phone rang four times and then hung up. I called back and selected the option for “place an order” and someone answered but was not friendly. no customer service skills
U cant beat their Pan pizza, still the best!
Usually great but Probably short handed, the poor girl was trying to clean the store to prepare for closing by herself with tears in her eyes. Management needs to do better to get extra help or go in to help as well. Order was wrong but I didn’t want to ask the poor girl to fix it as she was just trying to hold it together. Give that girl a raise, she stayed at work solo when most people would have quit.
First time ordering from here at this location and the pizza I ordered was perfect,Bryce was such a good help very good customer service skills..
