They are too cheap to fix the air conditioning, they use frozen dough that's freezer burn, the GM takes tips from the employees, she is salary the employees are hourly. Tips belong to hourly NOT salary, They should call it pizza shack.

The dining room should not be open. They have no plates, plastic silverware only, pizza is served in a to-go box, and no one checks to see if you need anything after giving you the pizza. The pizza was also not cut through at all and therefore very difficult to separate with their plastic silverware. They also have no fountain drinks and sell bottled drinks only and charge $2+ per 16/20 ounce bottle.

This is now the almost 10th time we’ve tried to order personal pan pizzas and instead of calling to make sure it’s okay, they just size up the pizza. We would have canceled had we been told they ran out of personal pans. This might sound like a win, but I have a very picky eater that will not eat anything other than their personal pan and it’s EVERY TIME we order a cheese pizza from here. Always a middle ground pizza hut . nothing special but never bad . 2025 update: bro this is the " meat lovers" I got..Pizza Hut has fallen at lot ..this is criminally under topped
