I have been on the phone for 15 minutes with a call center that does not have a clue. This sucks! !!!!

It was teeth pulling to put in my simple one topping pizza order & one order of wings. The process took 15 minutes... I gave the operator/cashier the Exact address to the hotel and the driver ended up calling me 3x because he was lost!! (Keep in mind the restaurant is 2 miles from the hotel ) He swore he was at my room but I got out of bed and waited outside.(he wasn't there) he was at another hotel. Worst experience ever I called my order in came to pick up my order food was cold and then I give the lady my card she over chargers me then she tells me she voided and ask for my card again to charge me again the manger comes to void it not one time aplogizing or anything else I will never go there again worse service ever cold food workers confused and the manger made the experience no better thanks but no thanks.

Placed on line order and an hour and a half later called and told pizza on its way. 30 minutes later called again and said there was a problem and it would be here in a few minutes. 15 minutes later it arrived. Luke warm and bare minimum on toppings. Pitiful.

Delivery over an hour late, pizza & wings cold. No apology from the store or manager. I do not recommend this location. #disappointed
