Now serving hair! Employees were very rude, especially the general manager, she was very loud and unprofessional, they would not refund my money. One employee admitted to it being his hair before the general manager told him to shut his mouth. All I wanted was food because I didn’t have the strength to cook after finding out my grandfather died today, so yeah I guess it’s “kick a grieving man while he’s down” day for Pizza Hut employees. The quality of the food is just terrible. The bottom of the pizza is bumpy you tell them the first thing they say is it’s the oven. I kid you not, I ordered pizza from the Columbus Hwy 45 location NO bumps on pizza. Maybe, the oven needs to be cleaned or something. The service & atmosphere is definitely nowhere on the charts, the restaurant is just there for no reason at this point. I ordered online two pizzas cheese sticks and 2 2 Liters Drinks! So I pull up and go in the store she comes out and tells me they’re out of drinks and that their trucks didn’t come!! I told her y’all should’ve put out of order on the website!! Mrs Janet was rude talking back she doesn’t have anything to do with anything in Pizza Hut and that it’s not her problem and to take it up with Corporate! Don’t worry i did Mrs Janet! Unprofessional and not a single manager on site!!
