Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived after a Chinese couple and a white woman, both of whom were greeted and assisted immediately. When it was my turn to walk in, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. No staff was visible, so I walked around the lobby and even opened and closed the front door to trigger the sound. I ordered my pizza two hours before it was time to pick up my order. When I got there, both pizzas were made incorrectly, and the manager, Bessie, acted like it was no big deal. I ordered a super supreme pizza with extra cheese, extra bacon, extra beef, and extra pepperoni, and the toppings were not added, and she stated it was correct. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had to throw both undercooked pizzas away. Even tried to bake them in my oven which did not work.
