When ordered through the store, this location doesn't tell the delivery driver when the order is actually ready. Makes for long wait times and one order is getting cold while the second order isn't even made yet.
My order was sent to Door Dash even though I ordered through Pizza Hut online. Never received my order and was told it was delivered by text from Door Dash. Called the store and Leon told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn't remake or send the order. I asked for a refund and she retook my card number and told me it would be 2 to 3 business days before I would receive my money back.
