If you're drive through only, say you're drive through only. I showed up on Saturday at the time it said my food would be done. Waited 20 mins because you let a guy order 3 pizzas, then wait in front of us. My pizza was cold and your employees working at the time literally stared at me for 20 mins while my order was getting cold on the shelf because they were taking care of the guy in front of me. I showed up on time for my online order. You suck and its no wonder you're a failing brand. No concept of customer service.
It's bullshit online. You can pay for your order. Even when they're closed and they take your money and you can't get it back until whenever you get hold of corporate are the store people but they're closed.
Robert, who works in the evenings at this location - always has the best attitude when I come pick up my pizza. He is so polite, and genuinely provides the best customer service to us. Thank you for being a food industry worker, that still treats the customers like gold. You are one of a kind!
