Noticed this week signage hung outside that said unlimited buffet. Went there for dinner about 6 pm on Friday explicitly for the buffet. No buffet. No greeter/host. So we left. Do better.
My mom ordered online and me and my boyfriend picked it up for her through the drive-thru. We didn’t notice until about three minutes down the road that it was the completely wrong order. We turned around and went back and the lady at the drive-thru expressed that she already knew it was wrong and asked how she could accommodate us. The employees were great, though I must say it is the most expensive pizza I have ever ordered that was so darn ho hum. ****edit....Since writing my last review above things have certainly changed for this pizza hut. New owners? I have no idea....but the pizza is So much better!! Whatever has occurred there, thank you for your diligence in making this place a better and easy choice for locals, like me, and others here. I am grateful!!
Terrible service inside and in the drive thru, never answers the phone watched them ignore every phone call when it was completely empty in the restaurant, overall bad management and poor employee service.
