Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to
I placed my order, and the pickup time said 5:43 PM, but I didn’t get my food until 7:32 PM. The app never notified me of any delays or mentioned that the restaurant was busy. My order included two Big Dinner Boxes and one double cheese sticks, so they considered it a “big order,” but it felt like it was completely ignored. First. We absolutely love Pizza Hut and we’ve eaten there for years BUT Waited 2 hours for an order. They had to remake a specialty pizza and still got it wrong didn’t give us half of our order and then offered a brownie for our trouble. The current staff at this Pizza Hut is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Manager just makes excuses wastes 2 hours of your life and you do not get your order and then they offer your a brownie for your trouble. We Will never be back. Side note: Pizza Hut get your franchises in order. Sad. Sad.
