Order got messed up I came back in the store spoke to Lance the manager about my issue. He was very quick to rectify the issue, didn't make me wait, and put my order right in with no hesitation. I've been coming to this pizza hut for a while and I've never had an issue, so this hiccup will definitely not stear me in a direction. Thanks for your A++++ customer service Lance.
The food we received was cold and not what I ordered. The specialty double pepperoni had literally 9 pieces of pepperoni on it. I also paid for extra cheese on that pizza specifically and it BARELY had cheese on it. The pizzas tasted horrible and I won't be back to this pizza hut location. Id rather carry out at the store on 3rd Street
I personally like PizzaHut. This restaurant does a great job. Good staff, good food.
