I ordered delivery and proceeded to not receive the drinks I ordered (2x 2-Liter Sodas). This is the second time now Doordash failed to deliver my drinks and proves how terrible it is. As I proceeded to call Pizza Hut to get a refund on these two items I was put on hold for 1 hour. I then drove to the store which turns out had no customers inside and no orders currently being processed and had to manually get the staff to give me a refund on these items. Ordered at 722 , the email said it would be here at 747, the food got here at 834, it was cold, old and gross. Either pick up your food, or order some place else. I wasted my money here last night. We were Very very disappointed!

DON’T BUY THEIR FOOD! COLD FOOD AND POOR QUALITY! I was in a bind and ordered delivery. 2 HOURS LATER I got my food! Pizza Hut will try and put blame on the “delivery” company- But in fact it is Pizza Hut itself and the incompetent people who own or run this store in Spanish Springs, NV that need to be Rated.’ Pizza Hut should look at this store and its employees and others to make sure their “standards” are met AND Fix it! I would give a 0 Star if I could. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!

Ordered a thin crust pizza tonight, no sauce, sparse toppings. Extremely, disappointed with the pizza, the only thing that was good was the brownie. $37.00 wasted!🤦‍♀️

ordered online the driver called asking where my place was, Omar was extremely nice and respectful. i did try calling the place to express my happiness of the delivery but no answer.
