We order frequently. Today I placed an online order for carry out and pick up time was quoted to be within 30 minutes. Arrived at window for pick up at 6:29 and was asked to wait another 15 minutes. Pulled around the building and it is currently 6:55, still waiting with 2 other vehicles. Slowest service ever on a Tuesday. ETA: Was asked at 7:05 at the window to pull to the white line. It was 7:15 before someone came out to refund my payment, MINUS the tip. Photos included for reference. Worst service ever.
Got the breadsticks 5 minutes after getting the pizza and the pizza was cold when I got it. One waitress trying to take on the whole dining room very slow service
