Edited: We placed an order online for later delivery, and then more people were expected. I called to add a pizza and more bread sticks, and the person who answered was wonderful. The pizzas were consistently cooked and consistently cut, which has been an issue before. I am hoping this is a turn-around that I can look forward to having repeated! I placed an order on the app 3 weeks ago, the order was confirmed and the tracking even updated to say the pizzas were in the oven. It never arrived and it turned out the store was closed for a week because of a pipe burst. They charged my card anyways and I have still not received a refund. It is impossible to find anyone to talk to on the phone, or if I do find someone to talk to, like on online help chat, they say they can’t do anything. I just want a refund. Very poor service.
Arrived at 11:30am to take advantage of the lunch buffet. Upon my arrival the location is closed even though the hours on the window say they are open. I call the location and get rerouted to a call center…a rude employee answers the call and informs me the location is closed until 3pm “due to weather” it’s cloudy and 13 degrees. What weather?? Why are they still taking orders if there isn't anyone at the location. The doors are locked and no one is around. It's only 3pm
