I arrived at the drive through and was met by a Hispanic male, maybe in his 30s, who was greater than 150 lbs and less than 500lbs, with no name tag, that had a lazy eye (no disrespect intended). If he had been wearing a name, a physical description would not be needed. I asked if I could place an order. He verbalized yes and nodded. I said that I would like to know their specials. Very poor customer service. called this store for help in regards to an order and they immediately had attitude and completely dismissed us due to them “being too busy” to care.
My husband and I brought back a pizza and the gentleman working was so kind and remade it for us! He was very understanding and I wish I got his name to tell him thank you on here! We always order from this location and just conversing with this worker proves that we chose the right location and will continue to order from here! Thank you again sir!
