I am a disabled Cancer patient. I was parked out front of the shopping center in disabled parking. The owner or manager (I'm not sure who he is, but he did say he hires a bunch of kids..so I'm assuming it was one of those. It was a big, bald, white man) came and knocked on my car window and threatened to call the cops on me bc his non-disabled delivery drivers said something to him about me being parked there... I was very disappointed with my experience here due to the poor customer service. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that it had been ready for “a while” in a dismissive tone, even though I called just 15 minutes after placing it—the suggested time it would be ready. Upon arriving, I greeted the staff politely, saying, “Hello, how are you doing tonight?” but was completely ignored and met with an unfriendly demeanor. Never received order and was treated awful. Paid for an order but never received. The location on West Indian School Rd in Buckeye told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes went there and they said didn't have my order sent me to Goodyear they didn't know what I was talking about went back to Indian School location and they were closed at 9:30PM so paid for pizza never received and was treated awful. Wouldn't credit me back said I had to call Corporate.
