This is a solid Pizza Hut located right in the heart of Buford. Clean, efficient, and great customer service. I finally had a chance to order from Pizza Hut after going exclusive on Papa John's and Dominos for the past several years. I had issues ordering online via their website and app which I think needs a little work. Calling and ordering via phone was the way to go for me and the rep was kind enough to offer me some coupons and specials on the phone! Super bad
After being quoted a time of 30 to 40 minutes, My two pizzas arrived nearly an hour and a half after being ordered. Tried to call the store multiple times to speak with someone in regards to the issue, but no one would answer even after several attempts. Poor Customer Service. ———————————————- UPDATE: management team reached out to me in an effort to make this right, which they absolutely did. Thank you for taking the time to make me a satisfied customer.
