It's been bad service for awhile here. But after today I will no longer be going to this pizza hut location. The person waiting on the customers didn't wanna be there and then he disappeared from his post and when I finally got my pizza it was super burnt. I didn't even say anything I just didn't feel like dealing with them anymore. But again I will never go there again.

This used to be my go to for some good old fashioned pan pizza. I don’t know what changed, but this place has put out just bad pizza over the last 6 months to a year. Tonight we got an old stale dried out pizza and is the last straw. Time to try Gus’s by Kroger. If you guys fix your issue, let me know. I’d be happy to enjoy pan pizza again if it’s good.
Their ordering system bucks. We are still in the USA? People taking orders should speak and understand English, it should not take 30 minutes just to order! So frustrating!!
