Absolutely terrible experience — easily the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The pizza was lukewarm, the crust was stale and chewy like it had been sitting out for hours, and everything tasted like it was cooked in old, burnt oil. The lady at the register reeked of cigarette smoke so strongly that the smell was all over the dining room and she looked visibly strung out — bloodshot eyes, sluggish, mumbling, barely able to take an order correctly. Great Pizza Hut location!! I ordered online on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was the average 15-20 minutes. When we arrived there was a small line. Our order was completed quickly and exactly on time. There was only 1 employee working and he was doing the work of 2-3 people and he did great. He had a ton of pizzas finishing up and he got them all in boxes and ready as quickly as he could while assuring everyone he would be with us shortly.
