Understaffed to the point where they will pick and choose which orders they want to fulfill and cancel the rest with out regard or notification.
Never called me, informed me, or let me know just canceled my order on me and left me hanging and their excuse was that the person meant to open the store did not show up. Very unprofessional.
I just erased my complaints bc it was feeling toxic. Ive had 3 experiences with this store and 2 have been not great. Take from that what you choose.
These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Having specials on and they're extra busy and they have 1 poor guy here alone doing everything while 8 people are stood in the lobby angry at this guy doing his best. Show your employees respect and give them help especially when you're probably barely paying the guy minimum wage.
