They got order wrong deliver it cold and on top of the manager didnt even wanna answer the phone and assist my situation ... I had to drive down to the store to get my money back because they took the phone of the hook to ignore me!!!!
1/4/2014I love pizza hut but I must say this place is a horrible place, poor pooor customer service. I ordered a large pie and bread sticks at 2:59 pm and delivery eat. Was 3:44pm. 4:00pm passed, nothing so I called the store the guy said ooh the lady just left with your order she should be there in 10mins. 35mins past. I call the store again the lady that picked up says that the guy lied to me about the delievery lady becuz the delivery lady just took my order and im next to drop off!! Ok 5:15pm, still no pizza. This place was my fave but they suck big time customer service terrible my food was 3hrs late and then it was the wrong order smh
I gave it a 1 because that's the lowest I could give. I'd like to give it 0 stars! Pizza over an hour late for delivery! Terrible customer service! Never order here again!
