I ordered today August 29th 2025 at 11am on my iPhone app because apparently I thought they were open because the hours said they were open . I got there the lights were off. The doors were locked. Nobody was there total crappy experience for people that actually order and don’t get their food. I did get a full refund sent back to my card, but I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.!
I walked in with my kids and we were kindly greeted by the manager Lisa. She made good suggestions of what we may like to try and she was very patient. The young lady working with her (Ella) was sweet as well. We will be back!
We ordered it with ample time for it to be ready showed up five minutes before it was “supposed to be done” and then waited an additional 20 minutes on top of the 30 minutes since we placed the order. It wasn’t even that large of an order. And the workers were no help and were the ones responsible for it taking so long. Much longer than it should’ve. Don’t waste ur time here.
