Walked into the store got ignored watched the lady walk right pass me to pick up the phone the whole time my order was ready
Came in. They were a little busy. I believe it was Vanessa. Was the one who helped me She was super pleasant excellent customer service skills we talked for a little bit she's a good manger definitely a keeper if i still had my bussiness I would poach her for my team.
I always order from this one because it's less than a mile away. The owner/manager I don't know which is amazing. I placed a late night order and I guess doordash delivered at that hour. I call and he let me pick up. I tipped him because not only was he alone I still got my food and he could have told me no. The last 3 delivery's were trash. I always pay cash or add tip when you show up. Why? Because the last 3 drivers complain about working or complain they are short staffed and cuss up a storm. They were just very unprofes... read more
