Picked up a cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was so horrible that my kids refused to eat any. It was cold burnt and absolutely disgusting.

On numerous occasions I have waited well over an hour for delivery, after being given a time that it would arrive, and receiving no notification that it would be longer. I have had to call to find out where my order was 3 different times. Two different times I was told that it was taking so long because "our fryer decided to not start up this morning".
