I went to the pizza Hut on E Henrietta road. And there pizza wasn't good enough to me. Most pizza Hut I go to the pizza be good but this pizza Hut on E Henrietta road was not good at all. Da pizza was a little bit dry. I have order da New Yorker pizza with the 6 slices. So n da future I won't go to this pizza Hut anymore. 🫤 They not good like the pizza Hut in Greece, da one in Greece are good

kept calling in regard if my order and the employees would so rudely talk over me as if I didn't matter, then transfer me or put me on hold for extremely long periods of time.

The manager Eric has a nasty attitude to be a manager. And that's why employees has not customer service because they are following the door steps of the rude non customer service manager 1st and last time coming here. And the. What makes it so bad they do the cash register and then go back to making the food without WASHING THEIR HANDS! NASTY

First of all I tried to call direct to the store but only could get the call center. So we went to Pizza Hut ( 1/12/26 5:43 pm )to order the big promotion pie "Big New Yorker" advertised on TV. The worker new nothing about what pizza that was. She then put in our 2 pizza order the best she could. We got the pizza's home they were terrible. Crust tasted like cardboard, skimpy sauce, skimpy cheese, skimpy pepperoni. Ruined our football party. Threw most of the pizza's in the garbage.
