We ordered grub hub from here tonight. The food was finally ready for pickup nearly 2 hours later. 3 grub hub drivers gave up and cancelled their pickup. The worst was that I tried to call the store, waited 8 minutes and then got someone in a call center who then said he was going to call the store… I finally hung up after 7 more minutes. Absolutely terrible overall experience with Pizza Hut. On the bright side the food was hot, which means they were majorly behind.
743pm: finally arrived. Pizza was hot but a little soggy. Delivery driver was great (an older gentleman, didn't catch his name) and I feel like he may have been the only driver. Store service could use a big improvement. Update: it is now 7:04 p.m. and the order is still not here. I finally got a hold of somebody and the restaurant and they said the pizza order was received but it wasn't even made yet. So this is only a takeout Hut but I've been going to this Pizza Hut for years especially since The Dark Covid. These guys are solid pizza pie people! Always tasty, hot, and delicious. Oh, and they are friendly!
