Horrible customer service. Waited over a hour for our pizza, called to see where it was and they claimed they didn’t place our order, charged our card twice and then told us we had to pay cash. Refused to put a rush on it and said we’d get it when we get it.
I would not recommend buying a deep dish pizza from Pizza Hut. First of all, it wasn’t a long wait at all which was concerning because when we got the food. It wasn’t well cooked, and it was clear because the cheese was raw. I ended up putting it in the oven for another 15 minutes to cook it properly. That to me is a big no-no because I shouldn’t be cooking my “cooked” food again.
