Just picked up my order that was "ready" 45 minutes earlier than it actually was. This store manipulates metrics so they don't get screamed at by their franchisee/regional, instead of improving service times. Expect to wait if you order at this location. --I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but each of my last 3 carryout orders were a minimum of 10 minutes late despite the store marking them ready. This is trained behavior. Enjoy the bonus, bro. Clearly you earned it.

I love how EXTRA sauce still yields NO sauce. Crust was so over cooked it was like a rock hard cracker that could cut your mouth open. Basically it was as dry as a bone and the crust was inedible. Pizza Hut really is the worst. I give up ever ordering from them again .
