Absolutely terrible customer service. We paid an extra $10 for delivery, and Pizza Hut still managed to send us the wrong items. Mistakes happen, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. When we called to have the order corrected, the employee was rude, unapologetic, and told us they would not deliver the correct items.
