Placed a delivery order for 1 large pizza and 1 order of cheese sticks at 5:50PM. The app kept saying my delivery time was 6:30, even though it was 8:00 and still did not have my pizza. The sweet door dash worker called me and informed me that she had been there for over an hour and still was waiting on it. Horrible customer service. This is the second time I’ve seen door dash people packed inside waiting for their orders while there are clearly orders ready on the carry out screen and food in the warmer. The employee will not come up front and get those orders to the customers. This time I saw my name on the carry out screen then walked outside for a few minutes and when I checked again my name wasn’t on there anymore so I went to the grocery store. I put in an order at 4:52 to be delivered no later than 6:30. It's 7:30 and I haven't heard a word. It was to be delivered no later than 6:30 and when I checked the site it said it had been in the oven now for 50 minutes. I called the store and after holding forever they hung up on me. This one has a small dinning area if you just wanted to order and eat it there too. Great food and staff. I order from here all the time.
