Terrible service and zero accountability. I placed an online order, and the store delivered the completely wrong items. I attempted to call the storefront multiple times to get the issue resolved, but nobody answered the phone. When I contacted corporate support via their website chat, I was told they could not help me and that my only option was to call the unresponsive store directly. Let me just say this is the first time that I’ve ever been to a Pizza Hut where the energy was infectious and the staff blew me away. I personally dealt with two people Reina and Bernard and let me just tell you they were fantastic! With my past experience with Pizza Hut, not being where it needed to be, They definitely raised the bar. Thank you to both of them for their smile their energy and their customer service.
