The cashier wanted to charge me a dollar for ranch dipping sauce.
Ordered a pizza with banana peppers and they put jalapeños on it. If they would have told me that they were out of banana peppers I would have taken them off of my order. After I called them back to inform them, they said they were out of banana peppers. Didn't inform me and switched ingredients without talking to me. Side note, the crust is flaking off as I try to pick up a slice.
Just tried to order a pizza -15 mins on the phone passed to 3 different people , I finally had to say no thanks this is ridiculous. They couldn’t find my address ( I got a coupon sent to this address that’s why I was calling ) what the heck guys ? Absolute worst experience- I am 36 years old I’ve ordered hundreds of pizzas I’m sure . Never once needed to leave a one star review . You need an entire new staff because the THREE kids I talked to were fricken delusional. Won’t ever ever come here .
