Ordered online, got a confirmation, drove to the store — only to be told they “never had my order.” Yet somehow they instantly refunded my card without even asking for it. So clearly they did have the order. Total waste of time. If you can’t handle online orders, don’t offer them.
We ordered two pizzas and some wings at 6:47 PM on a Thursday night. ETA was 7:12… after wondering where our food was at 7:30, we got a notification saying our food has been delivered. We look outside and see no cars, food, nothing. Give the manager a call and get met with a terrible customer service experience. All she had to say was it will be there soon. All I got were the apple pies BUT LISTEN!! Do you remember the fried apple pies that McDonald's USED to have?? They're here, and they're sooo delish! Highly recommend
This is crazy 🤪!! I keep calling but they keep hanging up and then they called back and I asked if they have cauliflower crust and they hung up again. I'm glad they record all calls because this was frustrating. Back to Google for another search. Disappointment yeah I feel it.
Just got my delivery and found a hair in my food before even taking a bite. That’s disgusting. Never ordering from this place again.
