Some days are just perfect, and I don’t have any complaints! But, on other days, something goes wrong with my order. It’s like toppings are missing or the wrong pizza ends up on my plate.

Tonight we did a carry out order. The app said it would be done at 7:33. My husband arrived at 7:45. He didn't receive our order until 8:15/20ish . My husband had an e- gift pizza hut gift card for $25 on his phone. He gave the phone to the manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE not just to the customers but also to the employees. She looked at it and said she couldn't do it, she couldn't put the gift card. The instructions on how to redeem the gift were on the screen.
