I ordered pizza tonight because it’s my finals week and I’m busy for one, and for two as a little bit of a celebration because we actually have money in my house again thanks to me working so hard. Waiting 2 hours on a delivery, 3 different people lied, saying it was on its.way when it wasn't even made yet and switched to Door Dash. If food is like the customer service, were screwed. If you can't get enough help, close the doors instead of sub par service.
I'll never try the delivery again. I remember dine in was pretty good, so maybe I'll try that next time. Wasn't very cheesy, Italian sausage was horrible. The cheese was dry and hard. It only took to drive or 12 minutes to get here so I don't know why it was like that.
I am not one to complain about restaurants, staff, etc. but anytime I have ordered from this restaurant it hasn’t been right or it has taken 40+ minutes when it tells me 12. At this point, I’m done ordering from them because today I got a personal pan cheese with the side of wings that comes with it in the bundle, waited 45 minutes AFTER ordering 15 minutes prior. And my food wasn’t hot and had obviously been sitting. Definitely going to papa John’s next time because I’m over it
