This is my 3rd time ordering from this store and each time I try giving them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a “one off” however it’s a pattern and management does not care to make the customer happy or address the issue. They will mark that the order has been delivered 45min. to an hour before it arrives. I called the store multiple times to check and see what was going on but no answer. The manager was awesome! I placed an order at the wrong store. He got my refund, made my pizzas and gave me free breadsticks.
