I came with my husband today and suddenly I want to use the bathroom very badly because of my period. I just asked a male staff there to request to use the bathroom amd He said no. Such bad one. They may help to the customer or a kids who are in emergency situation. I just want to post this to the owner or the administrator to teach kindness to their staff.
The cashier was very pleasant. The young man that took my order was pleasant as well. Great experience 👍
It's such a mixed bag experience. There is a huge discrepancy between the service provided in the day vs the night. Tends to run very smoothly when the slim guy with glasses is running the show (believe he is the night manager) with absolutely great customer service and timely orders but the food is almost NEVER ready on time when it's the short older man running the show in the daytime (believe he is the day manager) and customer service is nonexistent. The cashier was so nice and easy going. The place was clean. Everyone was friendly. I like that pizza hut.
