I've been waiting for 45 minutes to get someone one the phone to tell them they missed something. I guess this is supposed to be the new norm. What a disappointment. Can't get anyone on the phone at the store. This is not the first time.
I spent 25 minutes on the phone and was left on hold with the person claiming they would answer quickly! If I could give 0 stars I would! MMLV!
Cool workers and good pizza!
I placed an online order at 5:40. Was told it would be ready at 5:55. I get to the store at 6:00pm and I’m told it’ll be another 10 minutes, it’s now 6:17 and I still don’t have my order. There’s better options than Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your time here. The employees do not care and they have a poor attitude.
