I ordered pizzas like i always do i payed extra for pan cuz i like them thick and extra cheese didnt get that either called just kept getting told to hold on wait n transfer to 3 different people n then finall They put a men on the phone who was very tude told me he made him them selfs they were think n extra cheese was put on it n basically calling me a liar. I would love to tell you guys how the food was in the experience, but I never got the chance to do that. I placed the order in the other night. They accepted it took my money no communication from the store. Nobody reached out to me and told me that it was almost a closing time and that they weren’t filling my order even when customer service reached out to them multiple times they would not answer the phone or get back to anyone I even called all day the next day still no answer. Ordered take and waited the alloted time and the order was never delivered to me. Dont waste your time bc you will be disappointed. Address was fine, order was paid for and they still couldnt get the order to me. Do better pizza hut seffner and stop having door dash bring your order bc you're still failing! I dont leave reviews but this one here is well deserving of a bit of truth. Thanks for wasting my time. With service like this I can see where you sit and long for the day when you permanently close your doors. Fail!!!!

Ordered a specialty pizza on April 2 and they got our order incorrect two different kinds of ways. Called in to let them know and they offered me to come back up there then and get another pizza on them or I could have a credit on the account for up to 30 days Under my name. I said I would come back within 30. Days. The Pizza Hut employee that was helping me was Madison.
