Ordered a specialty pizza on April 2 and they got our order incorrect two different kinds of ways. Called in to let them know and they offered me to come back up there then and get another pizza on them or I could have a credit on the account for up to 30 days Under my name. I said I would come back within 30. Days. The Pizza Hut employee that was helping me was Madison. I went into this pizza hot and the man in the counter Ryan was very rude and unprofessional don't go in there the food is nasty and bad service

Management sucks! I placed a order over a hour ago still have yet to receive it. Spoke with a manager i believe name is ryan and after me explaining my issue and asking to cancel the order he said ok and disconnected the line. When i called back he tried to play it off as if he thought i was done told me i was the problem and refused to give me corporate number.

This place has had failed yet again! The pizza was drenched in grease and under cooked! The worst part about it is their customer service is absolutely horrible! I called the next afternoon since they were closed by time I got home to report it. ( there was no saving the pizza ) I was told to bring the photos and receipt back to get a refund.
