Man.. as an entrepreneur myself I hate to leave the feedback but I tried to get it resolved and not an acceptable response and customer service. Burnt pizza, uncooked Cinnabons, forgot to give me wings. Happy to remove if the owner contacts me.

Placed an order at 9:45pm. At 10:50pm my husband called to check on order and the automated system said it was cancelled, yet he was charged. So I called from my phone and spoke to a Hispanic man that stated it was cancelled and the order would arrive at 11:14pm. We waited until 11:30 pm and SHOCKER, no pizza, nothing. Completely pathetic. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like I did tonight… I ordered 2 large pizzas with 1 topping each, 16 boneless wings, breadsticks and a 2 liter. The tracker said my food was done at 7pm which is exactly when I arrived. Did t get to the window until 7:20. The kid told me it wasn’t ready just yet and to give them a few minutes. I sat there.
