My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with the Pizza Hut on Ozark in Gastonia on Tuesday night, 7/22/25. We called to order the $2 personal pan pizzas that are advertised on Tuesdays, but the man who answered the phone repeatedly insisted we couldn’t order pan pizzas and tried to push us into buying a medium or large pizza instead. 🔹🔺STORE HOURS:🔺🔹 This store is not open until 1am every night even though that's the listed hours (I'm trying to get whoever runs this to change them). 🔸It closes at midnight Sunday through Thursday and closes at 1am on Friday & Saturday. The hours aren't updated online leading a lot of people to get frustrated because they place orders only to have them cancelled because it's closed. Google says open til 1, sign on door says o0en til 1. Ordered in app, confirmation email at 11:50pm, get to store and wait til pickup up time, go to door and they say they decided to close at 12. If they're not going to honor their hours a courtesy call would have been nice instead of wasting my night
